Build review and sign-off
Let the person paying for the work say whether it is right.
A build can be approved, or sent back with a note. Owners, admins and clients can do this; developers deliberately cannot approve their own uploads.
How it behaves
- Approving marks the build and records who and when
- Sending it back requires a note, so the person who has to act on it is told what to change
- The verdict shows on the build and in version history
Review is advisory: a build that was sent back can still be installed. Breaking a tester's link the moment somebody clicks the wrong button would cause more harm than the ambiguity it removes.
