Plans and limits
What is counted, when you are told, and what never stops working.
Usage is worked out from your data every time it is shown, rather than kept in a running total, so the number on the page is always what is actually there.
What is counted
- Apps, team members and CI tokens — how many exist right now
- Storage — every build and package you keep
- Builds — uploads this calendar month, reset on the 1st
- Installs — shown because it is useful, not limited
What happens at a limit
The action that would exceed it is refused, with a message saying which limit and what to do. Nothing you already published is touched: links keep working, builds stay installable, and testers are unaffected.
Installing and downloading are never blocked by a limit or by a billing state. The person affected would be your tester, who has no way to resolve it.
Changing plan
Ask your Hash Media contact. It takes effect on the next action, with no interruption. If a downgrade leaves you over a limit, existing data stays exactly where it is — only new additions are refused.
